Q.        Are you insured and bonded?

A.        Yes. I will show proof of my liability/bond coverage during our initial "meet & greet".

Q.        What happens at the “meet & greet"?

A.        The "meet & greet" is a visit that allows you to get to know me and Metro Pet Care.  
During this visit, I will perform the following tasks: introduce myself to you and your pet,
pick up a spare key, confirm pertinent information about you and your pet (e.g. vet
information, emergency contacts, special requests, etc.) and answer any additional
questions you may have.

Q.        What is your service area?

A.        The west metro area.

Q.        Do you make visits outside of your service area?

A.        Typically I conduct my business within a eight mile radius of southwest Lakewood.

Q.        Can you provide references?

A.        Yes! I expect pet owners to ask for them! Just let me know and I will provide you
with the names and numbers of as many clients as you like who you can contact regarding
their dog care experience with Metro Pet Care.

Q.        How long do the visits last?

A.        At least 30 minutes. Longer visits are available too-like the 60 minute Doggie Trek.

Q.        Do you watch cats too?

A.        Yes. Most of my visits are with dogs but I do have experience with domestic house
cats as well.

Q.        How about my fish? Will you feed them?

A.        Yes!

Q.        How are you with big dogs?

A.        I have experience with dogs big and small!  Any size from a Pug to Newfoundlands
to English Mastiffs!

Q.        My sister says she can watch our dog in the evenings while we are on vacation.  
Do you share dog sitting responsibilities?

A.        No. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons Metro Pet Care cannot share pet care

Q.        Can you give my dog its medication?

A.        Yes. I have experience administering insulin shots, vitamin B-12 shots, eye drops,
eye ointment, ear drops and pills.

Q.        There is a dog park near my house.  Can you take my dog there and let her run

A.        No. For the safety of your dog and everyone involved your dog will remain on its
leash during dog walks.  No exceptions.

Q.        Can you take my pet to your house and watch him?

A.        No. Unfortunately, my dog Sam does not get along with other dogs.  

Q.        Do you have a dog?

A.        Yes! His name is Sam and he is a Great Dane. He is a rescue dog.

Q.        Do you ever take vacations?

A.        Pet sitters need time off too! I take my vacation during the first  week of October.  

Q.        What type of payment does Metro Pet Care accept?

A.        I accept checks and cash and money orders.  Make checks payable to:

A.        Yes!  I love referrals!!!
